Ytd went to East Coast Park to look for the animals, basically only 4 were ard and they went there for blading (animals went blading?!). W and I went there for sea breeze! Its been a long time since we go beach for sea breeze. Only when I mentioned then realise, we only got like 2 times experience and both time, we arent alone! Haha...
After blading, they wanted to go for dinner. Suggested holland V by someone. Told them we arent joining them cos its too far and we still need to go Mum's place. So J actually change the venue to Joo Chiat area so that we can join them.
Who know, things happened. Perhaps we arent just not fated to eat with them ytd. Got a small accident! Hai.. our paint got scratched! HEARTACHE leh.. Just a 4 days old car and its hurt! Beside, we kena another car too. Got to compensate them. hai.. Now got to wait see how much their quote is and we decide wat to do. After all, we arent in the mood to eat anymore. So we left without joining them.
Many things strike into my mind at that very moment. Having a car is just like having a baby, need to spend some misc money beside the monthly standard maintance. Its best to save and get a sum of money aside ready all the time. Its safer and at least we dun need to worry for anything.
Was tinking, if we din go down to East Coast to look for them, we wun join them for dinner and we wun burn a BIG hole in our pocket liao. However things had happened so no matter what i say now, is useless. I tell myself and W, things happened for a reason. Perhaps we just got to learn it in a harder and more EXPENSIVE way. Treat it as a lesson to drive more carefully from now on. Not confidence enough, we shall not do it. After all its a $40k+ bet we are betting on!
