Updates!

I had missed out to update on the status after our 1st appointment on 20 Sep 2012.
The sellers refused to let us go up with FSM to audit the place before the handover. Saying that by doing so, it will affect their own FS?!
We do not understand what logic is that but just have to wait till 15 Nov 2012 to get the keys and audit can only be done on the 16th. Hope within a week the design can be out and things finalize. Then we can chop chop get all necessary things and then get the reno done ASAP.
Our wish now is to be able to shift in by end of the year.

Mr Tay's reservist is over! Now counting down to our holiday -- exactly 10 days!

This is the last week we are spending in SengKang.
This Sunday, the doggies will be going grooming and after that drop at tampines. They will shift over first.
LOL.. they will be staying at my mum's place till the new house is ready.

Then hopefully we can shift majority of the things to Hougang too.

The buyer will be viewing the house on 28th Aug.

Btw, Car insurance and road tax had been renewed but we should be getting the 'new' 2nd handed car after a week from the closing of the selling of new house.

Now we are counting down to hand over of keys on 30th Aug, going for 1st appt for buying on 20th of Sept and our Oct12 holiday!!

Esp the vege n fruits. Crunchy n sweet!


Food there are cheap as compare to things for use like clothes, bags, shoes.

Day 1 - 01.11.08 at shida Night Market

Smelly tau fu! Not smelly enough so not very nice

生煎包
Fried assorted mushroom with spices powder + plum powder. Nice!

02.11.08 - Breakfast, tea break, dinner + snack!

BBQ corn bought from street hawker. Its doesnt taste very nice as they put BBQ sauce on it!

Food from Huaxi & GuangZhou street night market.狀元糕 - taste n look like tutu kueh but not nice. too much flour
Doreamon pan cakes! Lots of diff fillings.

This is like fish cake but in between they stuff 1/4 egg inside. Very nice as its make on the spot n sell
